. Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  1. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from arrival. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Return

2.1.1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to  including the following details:

- Your Order number;

- Name of the product and the quantity;

- Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect.

Attention: we can not accept modifying or canceling after your order has been shipped.

2.1.2. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address 

2.1.3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 2.3 Return Notice

Deviation within 2cm is in normal range. And color may vary by monitor.

Sizes are correct but unfit.

Please understand that the items which matches the information of your order but does not fit your body perfectly cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

 Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.

If you would like us to refund the amount to your PayPal account, that will take 2-7 business days.

 Note: Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
